Marketing and Public
Relations
Director of Worldwide
Marketing
The Director of Worldwide Marketing works
primarily with the marketing and sales divisions of our international
publishers and distributors, as well as our executive and development
teams. This position develops and oversees the policies, procedures and
objectives for marketing our garments, manages and facilitates
relationships between multiple publishing partners, and evaluates market
conditions and recommends policy changes to encourage maximum sales
activity to the executive management team. The Director of Worldwide
Marketing designs, implements, and facilitates our annual marketing plan
and supports and facilitates its development and implementation. This
position also works with the executive team to plan and administer our
Marketing Operations budget. This position is also responsible for
developing and administering a marketing database and oversees our
electronic marketing efforts in coordination with our website
team.
Required Skills:
- 4-year degree with a concentration in
Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
- 8 or more years of relevant experience or
equivalent.
- Strong leadership and consensus- building
skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a
proven track- record in developing and administering a marketing
program.
- A self-starter that is highly organized
and able to work well with team members at all levels within the
company.
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
Bonus Points
Awarded:
- Garment industry background.
- Experience in managing or working with
off-site contractors.
